  • ReachMee provides an easy-to-use interface, screening features and a flexible workflow. It supports the key steps in the recruitment process and provides an online recruitment presence that is branded to your needs and fully integrated into your corporate website.

  • You can create and publish job ads, manage job and speculative applications and get full control over all candidates interested in your company.

  • The user interface is a combination of carefully designed few-click web pages, supporting texts and guidance through the recruitment process. SMS, calendar booking and other useful tools enables effective and quick response and communication with candidates.

  • ReachMee also brings together many valuable external tools that help you find and attract the top applicants. An example of this is the rich set of external career sites, e.g. Monster, StepStone and Spotify. Another example are the candidate assessment tests from external suppliers such as SHL and Assessio.

    Match mail and automatic monitoring of the CV-database that notify recruiters as soon as an 'ideal' candidate registers
