I have problems to read the candidates CV or other documents produced, what do I do?
Under Tools / Internet Options Advanced tab, please check the check box "Do not save encrypted pages to disk" under the Security section is NOT ticked.
Can the candidates attach other documents than CV and covering letter?
Yes! In the section "Other files / documents" there is a possibility to upload any type and number of files.
How to attach the candidates CV?
The nominee first selects "Add" in the row of CV-document. A new view is shown where you select "Browse" and then select the document you intend to upload. Finish this process by simlpy clicking on "Upload".
I finished the wrong mission by accident, how can I activate it again?
In our new release, all super users (HelpMee) can activate completed assignments. But for the time being please send an e-mail to support@reachmee.com and ask for help. Please remember to enter the mission id and name in the mail.
